The college has been on the IIPS system since 1984 and is currently migrating to a new CIS system from Datatel called Colleague ( IIPS - Institutional Information Processing System CIS - Datatel Colleague)

Get GroupWise on Your Mobile Phone or Device

  1. Download GroupWise to your computer at work and at home. If you have questions, please contact us or open a helpdesk ticket.
  2. POP/IMAP - You can use IMAP to get GroupWise email on your mobile device. Its mail application must have SMTP functionality.For specific instructions on configuring your mail application, consult the documentation or your provider.
  3. Blackberry Phones - R-CCC uses Blackberry® Enterprise Server (BES) to get GroupWise email and calendar on Blackberry® smartphones. Personally owned Blackberry® devices can use the BES for a fee, with administrative approval. Personal Blackberry® users need to have the unlimited data plan to use the BES. 
    • Personal email service and GroupWise are both available. All messages received by the device will show up in the Messages inbox. When replying to messages in this folder, the device will send the message on the carrier it was received from. The device will not route personal messages through your GroupWise account, and vice versa.
    • Web browsing will continue to be handled by the user's cell provider.
    • 3rd party applications either currently installed on the device or purchased after BES activation may not work as desired due to the security settings necessary on the Blackberry® Enterprise Server.
  4. Other Devices - Get GroupWise e-mail, calendars, and contacts on your mobile device (excluding Blackberry Devices) in real time with the Mobility Connector. Some HTC devices don't work with Mobility Connector. If you have issues connecting, download Touchdown Exchange from the App store.
    Samsung Continuum does not work with Mobility Connector yet. 
    • you must be a current employee
    • your device must have an operating system like Android, iOS, Palm, or Windows Mobile
